This policy covers malkaventures.com. The site is operated by Groupe Malka Digital Inc. (“Malka Ventures”), Montréal, Québec. CallChloé, Tenaivo and LayoffMath each have their own privacy policy on their own sites.

What we collect

  • Contact form. Your name, your email address and the message you write.
  • Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to keep the site secure and working.
  • Usage statistics. We count page views in aggregate. This does not use cookies and does not identify you.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

We use contact form details to reply to you and to follow up on your request. We use logs and statistics to secure and improve the site. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it

  • Vercel hosts the site and provides the usage statistics.
  • Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox.

These providers operate in the United States, so your information may be stored and processed outside Québec.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for as long as it takes to handle your request, and for up to 24 months afterwards. Then we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent to its use. Write to hello@malkaventures.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
