Find a problem worth owning
We look for work that businesses still lose track of: missed calls, untracked requests, numbers nobody checks.
Build the product
Design, code and launch happen in-house. AI goes where it beats making someone wait.
Stay and run it
We remain the operator after launch: support, billing and every improvement. Nothing gets handed off.

The team behind it

Malka Ventures is a product team based in Montréal. Product, engineering, growth and customer operations work side by side, and the people who build a product stay on to run it.

Product and engineering: Designs, builds and ships every product in-house, from first prototype to production.
Growth: Runs search, content and paid acquisition for each product.
Customer operations: Onboards customers, handles support and coordinates the day-to-day service behind each product.

Founder and CEO

Ness Malka founded Malka Ventures and leads its team. Ness sets product direction across CallChloé, Tenaivo and LayoffMath and works day to day with the people who design, build and support them. The approach stays simple: find a high-leverage opportunity, build a product people rely on, and keep improving it.
